Anirudh Kala

Managing Director & CEO

Anirudh Kala, with more than a decade of experience, leads Elstellar Industries, Specializing in infrastructure and engineering projects with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Management. He excels in state-wide project compliance and government-private sector collaborations. As an entrepreneur, Anirudh focuses on Project Management Consultancy and Contracting, demonstrating strong team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and networking skills. He worked with corporate groups like Bajaj Autos, Aditya Birla Group and Patanjali, thus he is firm believer corporate governance. His journey reflects a commitment to transformative change in global construction engineering and defense manufacturing perspectives.

Suman Lata Jadli

Director

Suman has more than 15 years of experience as mechanical engineer at AHEC IIT Roorkee and managing business as entrepreneur. She is good in handling business operations and project activities across company’s works. She as a co-founder, is a strong pillar to the foundation company.

Suraj Kala

Director - PEB & Steel Fabrication Project

Suraj is a young mechanical engineer with great spirit of entrepreneurship and learning. Right after his engineering he worked for infra companies to get deeper dive into market. Now as an integral part of company, Suraj handles steel bridges, infra works and business development for Elstellar Industries.

Er. Kailash Chand Thapliyal

General Manager – Admin & Operations

Er. Kailash Chand Thapliyal is an experienced infrastructure and operations leader with over 25 years of expertise in managing complex development projects across challenging terrains. He specializes in strategic coordination, administrative governance and structured project execution, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance and timely delivery through strong leadership and disciplined operational systems.

Mr. Ashish Saxena

Director-Procurement & Logistics

Mr. Ashish Saxena brings over 15 years of expertise in procurement strategy and logistics management across diverse markets. He leads sourcing, vendor negotiations and supply chain coordination to ensure timely material availability and cost efficiency. With a structured, results-oriented approach, he strengthens supplier partnerships, optimizes operations and supports seamless project execution.
